I have contacted Customer service and the response was excellent They gave me the weblink to order this item. Easy to order and the delivery time was as stated. From the quality of the spanner point of view, I would like to say not fit for purpose. It would be better if instead of plastic, aluminium would be used. The spanner broke after the third time used. The other point is, I must contact Customer Service to find this as a spare part to order. Everything is listed under spare parts , accessories when searching the paddle board name, Pace, except this spanner.
