The rucksack is a replacement for the original bag and it's fine. Why I didn't give 5 stars was due to the poor packing. It was all squished up and was delivered in a thin bag which could have ripped and damaged the rucksack. Considering the cost of the bag more care should have been take!

We bought a second Aquaplanet paddle board as we already had one that’s about three years old and has been brilliant. The second one arrived, but the rucksack bag that comes with it had a frayed seam at the carry handle. I contacted Aquaplanet who sent out a replacement straight away. Very good product and a very good company.

After receiving my bag which unfortunately was damaged, Upton contacting customer service they very quickly sorted this and sent a replacement which arrived very quickly. Very handy putting all the equipment in one place. 👍
Love the look of the bag, but was very disappointed at the short time the zips lasted on the previous bag. Hoping it lasts longer this time for the price.

Great bag but wish the zips would not break so often. Most likely due to salt water but we do wash them off, maybe another material would be better.

I asked for a replacement ruck sack after the last one broke ( seams splitting) New CB one arrived promptly and exactly the same. I thought it might have a new design. Hope this one lasts
Great bag My old one was scruffy as brought my board second hand
Bought this to replace my old bag. We take our Aquaplanet Paddleboard to Greece every year as Sports Equipment. It's great fun. The bag has been well used - on and off aeroplanes, in and out of cars etc. The old one is still functional but I wanted a new one and this one is ideal.
It arrived very promptly and does what it says on the tin. Got as the previous bag that holds the board fell to bits.
Well, the original board bag finally gave up the ghost. The stitching started to come apart to reveal the contents. A new one was easily ordered online. This bag arrived in the time stated, always a bonus. A fresh new holdall for the forthcoming season of aqua antics. Freshwater canals, mixed up with some salty adventures. Cheers AP.

This bag is supposed to be more robust than the original which disintegrated after very little use but Aquaplanet would not replace or provide a discount to buy a replacement which was very disappointing, considering the cost of the board. I'm happy with the style and cost, compared to others but it still feels flimsy for it's intended use!
