When items are available to pre-order an available date will be displayed. This date is usually the date that the pre-orders will start to be shipped.
Please note that this date is liable to change, as it is dependent on the date that we receive stock from our suppliers. Should there be any delays, we will do our best to notify you of this.
Due to order volumes, it may take 1-3 working days after the release date for all orders to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number via the courier once the order has a depot scan, so that you can see when to expect the delivery.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they will all be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are available. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped separately you can either place two separate orders or contact us.
