Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Entry & Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Aquaplanet, Orion Holidays, and their immediate families.
1.2. Each ticket costs £5, or you can purchase 5 tickets for £20 (includes 1 free entry).
1.3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Competition Period
2.1. The competition closes at 11:59 PM on 16th February 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
2.2. The winner will be drawn at random, and the winning ticket number will be announced via email at 2 PM on 17th February 2025.3. Prize Details
3.1. The prize consists of:
£1,000 to spend with Orion Holidays towards a stay in the Cotswold Water Park. The winner may choose any available property and dates, subject to availability. If the selected stay exceeds £1,000, the winner must cover the additional cost.
Two Aquaplanet paddle boards, with a total maximum RRP of £1,000. If the selected paddle boards exceed this value, the winner must pay the difference.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
4.1. The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will be contacted via the email provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
4.3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize.
5. Marketing & Data Protection
5.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Aquaplanet and Orion Holidays.
5.2. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting the respective companies.
5.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties.
6. General Terms
6.1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
6.2. The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, incomplete entries, or delays beyond its control.
6.3. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
7. How to Enter via Postal Entry
7.1 If you prefer to enter the competition without purchasing a ticket, you can do so by postal entry. To enter, please follow these instructions:
Write your full name, postal address, email address, and phone number clearly on a piece of paper.
7.2 Include your answer to the competition question (must be correct to be eligible).
7.3 Send your entry in a stamped envelope to the following address:

7.4 Important Notes:Only one free postal entry per person is allowed.
7.5 Postal entries must be received by 16th February 2025 to be included in the draw.
7.6 Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.
7.7 The winner will be selected in the same random draw as paid entries.
7.8 By entering via post, you agree to the competition terms and conditions, including receiving marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).
